About NIURAVI Enterprises
NIURAVI Enterprises operates as a service provider specializing in Mechanical Design, distinct from a consultancy or a traditional company model. It supports over 100 companies in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad by offering off-role or third-party mechanical design services. The company's vision is to establish itself as the leading Mechanical Design Services provider by March 2030.
Location and Education
The job location is flexible within Pune City, PCMC, or MIDC areas, ideally within 20 km of the candidate's residence.
Educational qualifications accepted include ITI Draftsman-Mechanical, Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (BE/B-Tech), and Master of Engineering or Technology (ME/M-Tech) in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production branches.
Technical Skills and Experience
Applicants should have expertise in 3D CAD software such as Solidworks, Solid Edge, Fusion 360, Inventor, Catia, Creo, or UG-NX. Proficiency in 2D design tools like AutoCAD, ZWCAD, Draftsight, or Ares is mandatory. Experience with design domains including fabrication, jigs and fixtures, special purpose machines, transportation trolleys, pallets, conveyors, sheet metal (non-automotive), food industry equipment, farming tools, and structural components is expected. Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of mechanical CAD design experience.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected monthly in-hand salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, corresponding to an annual CTC of ₹1.8 lakhs to ₹2.4 lakhs.
- Accidental insurance coverage of approximately ₹20 lakh
- Mediclaim insurance with coverage of about ₹5 lakh
- Earned leaves accrued at one per every 26 workdays
- Government holidays totaling a minimum of 10 days annually (0.83 leaves per 26 workdays)
- Travel allowance reimbursed based on actual expenses for bus tickets, bike, CNG car, or petrol/diesel car usage
- Quarterly salary increments of ₹1,000, leading to an average monthly incremental increase of around ₹2,500 and a yearly increment of ₹6,500 depending on attendance
- Bonus of at least ₹6,000 during Diwali, contingent on attendance
