Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with the official syllabus and academic plans.
• Clarify mathematical ideas employing suitable examples, activities, and problem-solving methods.
• Create lesson plans along with worksheets, assignments, and practice exercises.
• Administer regular evaluations, tests, and revision sessions to assess student comprehension.
• Track and support individual student progress academically.
• Recognize learning gaps among students and offer targeted remedial teaching.
• Maintain a constructive, disciplined, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
• Resolve student queries to foster their logical and analytical reasoning.
• Collaborate with fellow educators on lesson planning and monitoring student performance.
• Keep accurate records of attendance and academic results.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or relevant fields.
• Holding a B.Ed. or similar teaching certification is advantageous.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is desirable; however, capable fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent command of Mathematics and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong communication capabilities and effective class management skills.
• A committed and enthusiastic approach towards student mentorship.

Employment Details

Positions available both Full-Time and Part-Time:

• Full-Time: Fixed teaching schedule including academic duties and student support, suitable for individuals pursuing a stable long-term teaching career.
• Part-Time: Flexible hours depending on batch and personal availability, ideal for tutors or professionals desiring flexible engagements.

Compensation

We offer a competitive monthly salary package ranging between 10,000 and 35,000 INR, influenced by educational qualifications, experience, expertise in the subject, and the scope of the role.
