Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to instruct students in Grades 4 through 6 in Jeddah. This role involves designing and delivering clear, engaging lessons that foster solid mathematical comprehension and problem-solving abilities among young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present dynamic Mathematics lessons aimed at Grades 4, 5, and 6 students.
• Explain mathematical principles confidently, utilizing examples, demonstrations, and problem-solving tasks.
• Apply interactive, student-centered teaching techniques that promote engagement, inquiry, critical thinking, and autonomous learning.
• Ensure lessons align with international curriculum standards and the institution’s academic goals.
• Prepare a variety of educational materials, including lesson plans, homework assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and supplementary support when necessary.
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning capabilities and assist students facing challenges in Mathematics.
• Maintain a well-organized, motivating, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Encourage the development of students' numerical reasoning, analytical skills, and self-assurance in Mathematics.
• Collaborate closely with academic leaders, fellow educators, and parents to enhance student development and academic achievement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience teaching Mathematics.
• Familiarity with British or American school curricula is essential.
• Experience teaching elementary or lower-middle grades, especially Grades 4-6, is highly preferred.
• Proficient English communication skills, with clear and confident spoken delivery.
• Ability to explain mathematical concepts naturally and effectively without heavy reliance on textbooks or scripted materials.
• Engaging, interactive, and learner-focused teaching approach.
• Strong skills in classroom management and communication.
• Capability to enhance students' reasoning, problem-solving, and independent thinking skills in Math.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
