About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mathematics Mentor to deliver online tutoring sessions focused on higher-grade mathematics concepts. This position offers a remote work setup with sessions aligned to the Australia shift, requiring availability from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST, mandating at least 5 hours of engagement daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive virtual sessions on advanced Mathematics topics including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus.
- Clarify mathematical concepts and simplify complex content to support student understanding.
- Assist students in resolving doubts and applying problem-solving strategies effectively.
- Track and assess student progress to ensure consistent quality of teaching.
- Foster a constructive and motivating online learning atmosphere.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Proven prior experience tutoring or teaching Mathematics.
- Expertise in advanced Mathematics areas such as Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus.
- Strong proficiency in spoken English and communication skills.
- Capability to manage a virtual classroom and engage international students effectively.
- Competent in maintaining student attention and managing online learning environments.
