Role Overview

You will primarily collaborate with the German segment of our curriculum team, responsible for crafting math exercises used by teachers in Germany. Your focus will be developing and organizing math content to support schools and school authorities in Germany.

This role involves extensive use of AI tools to streamline content production and active communication with the team to gather feedback from classroom use. Additionally, you will visit German schools to observe firsthand how materials function in practice and gather insights to enhance the learning experience for both students and educators.

At Magma Math, collaboration across departments is integral; you will engage with sales, product development, and customer success teams. Enthusiastic individuals ready to take on new initiatives and grow alongside the company will find abundant opportunities to assume responsibility.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Completion of the German Abitur with an advanced mathematics course or equivalent strong mathematical background
• Enjoyment of teamwork and working on-site in the office
• Pedagogical experience is not mandatory but advantageous when working with curricula
