Role Overview
This full-time, onsite position is based in Riyadh. The Massage Therapist will offer personalized body and therapeutic massage treatments, including shiatsu and other suitable techniques tailored to the client's specific needs. Daily duties involve client consultations and evaluations, explaining treatment strategies, keeping the treatment area clean and safe, and documenting services to company standards. Additional responsibilities include managing appointments, delivering outstanding customer service, aiding clients in stress management goals, and working collaboratively with team members to maintain consistently high client care standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in therapeutic and body massage techniques adapted to individual needs.
- Training or experience in Shiatsu and related bodywork methods, with thorough knowledge of contraindications and safe practice protocols.
- Strong understanding of stress management within massage therapy aimed at relaxation and tension relief.
- Excellent customer service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and professionalism.
- Possession of relevant massage therapy certification or license compliant with Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards pertinent to clinical or spa settings.
- Capability to work onsite full-time in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Basic skills in record-keeping and appointment scheduling; familiarity with wellness or clinic management software is a plus.
- Previous employment experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center is preferred.
