Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Mason to join our workforce immediately. This role involves performing various masonry tasks including blockwork, plastering, tiling, and general construction maintenance duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and concrete-related jobs efficiently.
• Carry out wall and floor tiling with precision.
• Undertake repair, maintenance, and refurbishment activities on construction sites.
• Interpret and adhere to basic blueprints, measurements, and project instructions.
• Mix and apply cement, mortar, plaster, and similar materials properly.
• Ensure the accuracy of alignment, levels, finishing touches, and overall quality of work delivered.
• Operate hand tools and construction machinery safely and correctly.
• Keep work zones clean and adhere strictly to safety protocols.
• Comply fully with all health, safety, and environmental standards of the company and job site.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and other team members to complete tasks promptly.
• Perform additional masonry or construction-related tasks as directed by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior work experience as a Mason within construction or building upkeep settings.
• Strong understanding and expertise in masonry techniques and finishing procedures.
• Capability to operate independently as well as cooperate within a team setting.
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks on construction sites.
• Familiarity with UAE-specific construction standards is considered beneficial.
