Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a team focused on culinary and financial success.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Maintain an organized and clean dish room and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for kitchen sanitation.

• Assist with kitchen food preparation tasks as available.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Perform frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Skillfully handle kitchen tools and equipment including hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys.
• Work scheduled shifts as determined by operational needs.

Additional Information

• Competitive wage range from $20.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour depending on experience, skill, and location; may be at least minimum wage.
