Job description
Position Overview
Based at Hellersdorfer Str. 77-83, 12619 Berlin, this full-time permanent role involves leading and managing the store operations for PENNY, a part of the REWE Group. With a 38-hour workweek, you will be responsible for ensuring a well-organized market, excellent product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the market comprehensively, including operational, organizational, and personnel matters, while actively contributing to daily success.
- Provide guidance and support to your team, serve as a role model, and create personnel schedules in line with company requirements.
- Maintain order within the market and ensure customers are impressed by the freshness and quality of products.
- Monitor and manage critical business indicators such as sales, inventory, and personnel costs continuously.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Completion of a vocational training program in retail is preferred, ideally accompanied by relevant professional experience.
- Applicants with leadership experience from other sectors, such as hospitality or gastronomy, are encouraged to apply.
- Customer-oriented, committed, and responsible personality.
- Willingness to actively engage and flexibility to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Leadership ability to motivate, guide, and inspire team members.
