Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to contribute to business marketing initiatives that enhance brand recognition, foster stakeholder engagement, support operational goals, and improve patient health experiences. This permanent, full-time position reports to the Group Marketing Manager and involves a mix of office work at our Remuera location, on-site branch visits, and the option to work from home one day per week.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing, communications, account management, or project coordination roles.
  • Experienced in converting business marketing requests into clearly defined briefs for design, content, communications, and digital teams.
  • Skilled in managing marketing collateral, signage, print materials, digital content, communications, and campaign assistance.
  • Background in supporting events, stakeholder engagement, product launches, educational sessions, or internal communications is a plus.
  • Experience within healthcare marketing is beneficial but not mandatory.
