About You

We seek a driven, ambitious professional who values collaboration and has solid experience in marketing effectiveness, analytics, or measurement. Candidates should have considerable exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) across industries such as technology, consulting, publishing, agencies, or client-side. A keen interest in leveraging technology to support sustainable business growth and enhance workflow efficiency is essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Guide customers in understanding and utilizing the GrowthOS marketing investment analytics platform, from onboarding and throughout their journey.
• Enhance platform adoption processes through personalized engagement, including training, documentation, and automation.
• Produce sector-specific and market-focused analysis and thought leadership using GrowthOS data and insights.
• Collaborate with the Model Scale team to address complex customer challenges.
• Lead and improve platform learning and support initiatives, incorporating automation where possible.
• Contribute to product development and innovation efforts.
• Own customer satisfaction and lifetime value outcomes jointly with Growth Specialists.
• Develop feedback mechanisms and define product, data, and technology requirements for internal teams to support the creation of pioneering industry products.
• Work autonomously to achieve KPIs and OKRs.
• Engage in professional growth and training opportunities.
