Key Responsibilities
- Gather and examine data focused on consumer behavior, market trends, and effectiveness of campaigns, utilizing proprietary tools and techniques to clean, mine, and prepare data, develop models, and create insight dashboards and presentations.
- Create and update statistical models designed to forecast consumer actions, campaign outcomes, and other vital metrics.
- Work within a team environment to conduct analyses and generate insights, guiding clients through dashboard interpretations and constructing narratives to clarify findings that facilitate more informed decision-making and enhanced business results.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in fields such as Business Analytics, Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing.
- Recent graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of internship or professional experience in advanced analytics, marketing analytics, or related analytical techniques applied to marketing, customer insights, and business strategy.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience independently managing analytics projects, including the construction and optimization of large-scale data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
- Comfortable collaborating in teams to develop and deliver presentations leveraging analytics-derived insights.
- Skilled in applying data analysis to solve business challenges and influence strategic decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suited for a professional setting.
