Role Overview
This position is a full-time on-site Marketing Research Assistant role located in Singapore, supporting both marketing and product divisions. The assistant will conduct market and user research, analyze gathered data, and convert findings into practical strategic recommendations. Daily tasks involve designing surveys and interviews, gathering and structuring both quantitative and qualitative data, and keeping abreast of market dynamics and competitor strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage survey and interview methodologies.
- Collect, compile, and organize varied research data.
- Track and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations reflecting research outcomes.
- Support customer and market segmentation exercises.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guide messaging, positioning, and product planning.
- Maintain accessible and well-documented research archives within Atlas Workspace.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proficiency in market research techniques including survey design, interview execution, and diverse data collection approaches.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data, spotlight trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to varied stakeholders.
- Familiarity with research software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools; basic marketing knowledge preferred.
- Academic background in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with exceptional attention to detail in a collaborative, on-site work setting.
- Prior experience in research, marketing, or product support roles desirable but not mandatory.
