Job Overview

This role requires a mid-level marketing professional with experience in domestic sales of home textile fabrics, including crushed fleece. The position focuses on expanding the customer base, managing existing accounts, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion domestic market sales activities for home textile fabrics.
• Identify and grow new customers, dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Manage sales of fabrics, crushed fleece, and related textile products.
• Understand client requirements and work closely with production and merchandising departments.
• Conduct market visits regularly to explore new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.
• Follow up diligently on inquiries, samples, orders, payments, and dispatch timelines.
• Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production and dispatch timelines are met.
• Generate periodic sales reports and provide market insights to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate degree is required to be eligible.
• Experience in marketing or sales within the home textiles or fabric sector is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to regularly visit markets and interact with clients.
• Capability to work collaboratively with production and merchandising teams.

Compensation

The salary offered ranges up to a maximum gross of ₹9,00,000 per annum.
