Job description
Position Overview
As a Marketing Manager for an aviation training institution, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting prospective pilot candidates. Your role encompasses a blend of digital campaign management, content creation, institutional outreach, event participation, and budget administration to maximize student enrolments and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement targeted paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn focusing on potential pilot aspirants.
- Create and oversee engaging video and social media content showcasing flight simulators, aircraft fleets, instructor credentials, and student success stories.
- Enhance the institute’s online visibility through SEO initiatives and manage online reputation via Google Business profiles, reviews, and discussions on aviation-related forums.
- Utilize CRM and analytical tools to monitor campaign performance metrics including cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
- Establish collaborations with high schools, colleges, and junior colleges to organize career guidance seminars centered on aviation careers.
- Represent the academy at educational exhibitions, airshows, and aviation sector conventions at both national and regional levels.
- Coordinate below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities such as local promotions, open house events at flight bases, and counseling sessions for parents and students.
- Supervise the development and distribution of print collateral like brochures, banners, and informational kits explaining DGCA training pathways.
- Maintain alignment with admissions and student counseling teams to ensure seamless transition and follow-up of marketing leads.
- Oversee the annual marketing budget, allocating resources effectively between digital campaigns and offline promotional roadshows.
Remuneration
The monthly salary range for this position is from 35000 to 60000 INR.
