Job Objective

The role involves planning, executing, and organizing all marketing strategies for the organization. The Marketing Manager will lead the team to strengthen brand visibility, boost sales, and effectively reach the target audience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Devise and implement both short-term and long-term comprehensive marketing strategies for the company.
• Oversee advertising campaigns including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, monitoring their performance to ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Manage the marketing budget and enhance return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, developers, and design to align messaging and vision.
• Prepare periodic reports that measure campaign performance and analyze outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages, spoken and written.
• Strong expertise in marketing analysis tools and digital campaign management, including Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising, and SEO.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability in decision-making.

Additional Information

Location: Riyadh, Al Maghrazat district.

Working hours: Full-time.

Salary Range: SAR 5000 to SAR 6000 monthly, plus performance-based commissions.
