About the Role

Based in Auckland, this full-time permanent position offers a unique opportunity to lead marketing initiatives for the Campus Experience portfolio at the University of Auckland. The role operates in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote work, with an annual salary ranging from $114,400 to $154,800 depending on experience.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will drive audience-centered marketing strategies to promote the University's campuses, accommodations, facilities, services, events, and student activities. The position requires translating diverse campus experiences into clear and engaging marketing materials that highlight what differentiates the University experience. This new role supports a broader organizational transformation aimed at enhancing marketing, recruitment, communication, and engagement efforts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-oriented marketer with a track record in managing integrated campaigns, content, and events within complex environments featuring multiple stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, external vendors, and senior leaders are essential. A data-driven mindset, combined with an innovative approach to continuous improvement, is highly valued.
