Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our brand and marketing initiatives from our Tidel Park office in Chennai. This role requires ownership of the annual marketing strategy and budget, elevating our creative standards, and managing the full marketing funnel to convert awareness into qualified leads and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget, achieving agreed targets.
• Maintain brand positioning and consistency across all channels and outlets.
• Lead creative direction, including approval of scripts, films, key visuals, and design language.
• Monitor market and competitor activities to inform product and pricing strategies.
• Manage demand generation efforts throughout the funnel, from awareness and engagement to lead qualification and revenue growth.
• Craft content strategies for owned channels, including maintaining a video library that drives inquiries.
• Enhance marketing-sourced revenue metrics and reduce cost per acquisition annually.
• Build and develop the marketing team’s capabilities in creative, content, and performance marketing.
• Oversee external agencies, vendors, and partners ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Franchise Development, Customer Experience, Product, and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.
• Integrate AI technologies into creative and performance workflows to keep marketing methods cutting-edge.
• Generate and present clear monthly marketing performance reports to the COO.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Visual Communication, Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• 6 to 9 years of comprehensive experience in brand, creative, and performance marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team guidance role.
• Experience in both B2C consumer marketing and B2B/channel marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market dynamics.

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent creative judgment capable of maintaining brand integrity while delivering rapidly.
• Robust commercial acumen with a focus on business impact measurement.
• Practical hands-on experience using AI tools in creative and performance marketing.
• Fluency in English and Tamil, both spoken and written.
• Confident and effective presenter capable of engaging audiences including customers and partners.
• Willingness to travel at least 10 days monthly, with travel costs reimbursed by the company.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
