Role Overview
We seek a confident and intelligent female Sales & Marketing Executive to manage customer inquiries and bolster our sales efforts at Garden Glory India in Delhi-NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and generated leads.
- Engage customers via phone and WhatsApp to provide assistance and information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plant products or services.
- Follow up on leads emerging from social media campaigns and advertisements.
- Share detailed photos of plants, price quotations, and product details with prospects.
- Maintain organized records of all lead interactions and customer follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the nursery and internal management to process orders efficiently.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
- Support efforts to convert leads into sales and encourage repeat purchases.
