About the Role
WhiteSkill Group of Institutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Head for the Ernakulam region. This position focuses on spearheading marketing and outreach efforts to boost student enrollment, enhance brand visibility, and establish institutional partnerships across schools, colleges, and corporates.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the region.
- Achieve targets related to student admissions and enrolment.
- Forge and sustain strong relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners.
- Organize and lead promotional events, seminars, and outreach initiatives.
- Explore and pursue new business and partnership ventures.
- Conduct visits to prospective schools and colleges as part of marketing efforts.
- Elevate the brand recognition of WhiteSkill Group of Institutions within the region.
Qualifications & Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline; degrees in other fields with relevant performance are also considered.
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Demonstrate excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Have a solid grasp of both digital and traditional marketing methods.
- Self-driven, proactive attitude focused on achieving targets.
- Experience in the education sector is advantageous, but confident freshers are welcome to apply.
