Marketing Executive

Overview

Belief Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., an established real estate company based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, invites applications for the position of Marketing Executive within its Sales & Marketing Department. This full-time role welcomes both freshers and experienced candidates with up to 2 years of professional exposure. Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade or hold any graduation degree.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads via telephone outreach, referrals, digital platforms, and on-ground activities.
• Engage potential buyers to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Present company projects, property details, pricing structures, and current promotional offers effectively.
• Schedule and oversee property visits for prospective clients.
• Maintain persistence with customer follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed sales or bookings.
• Establish and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Facilitate smooth booking and documentation coordination with purchasers.
• Keep accurate daily reports capturing sales data and lead follow-ups.
• Strive to meet and surpass monthly sales benchmarks.
• Collaborate with brokers, channel partners, and other associates whenever necessary to enhance sales operations.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills coupled with a friendly and engaging personality.
• A proactive and optimistic attitude, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp, and internet browsing are desirable.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities will be advantageous.
• Comfortable with field sales work and meeting clients in person frequently.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred for ease of commuting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging between INR 12,000 and 15,000.
• Incentives of INR 2,000 awarded for each successful booking or unit sold.
