OmniVAI is an AI-first creative studio and SaaS provider that crafts cinematic AI films and campaigns for brands across the MENA region while developing an AI content creation platform.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to enhance our brand visibility and effectively connect with key audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create targeted lists of potential clients including brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers throughout the GCC region.
- Develop and dispatch outbound email campaigns consisting of sequences, follow-ups, and booking meetings to open up opportunities as an AI-focused agency.
- Convert completed projects into compelling case studies to facilitate sales.
- Manage and update the credentials presentation deck and proposal templates.
- Oversee our LinkedIn and other social media accounts ensuring consistent, polished, and brand-aligned content.
- Monitor Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders, prepare submissions, and conduct follow-ups to maximize engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM to prevent leads from going cold.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience within marketing, agency environments, or business development support roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cold email outreach, with a clear understanding of what strategies provoke responses.
- Familiarity with outreach and CRM platforms such as Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar, alongside foundational knowledge of email deliverability principles.
- Strong proficiency in written English and Arabic.
- Ability to design attractive presentation decks independently without reliance on designers.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, ensuring thorough follow-through on tasks.
- Genuine interest in AI production.
- Must be based within the UAE.
Additional Information
This role is part of a small and agile team where your efforts in scheduling meetings directly contribute to client engagements with renowned brands like Kellogg's MENA and Jordan Aviation. There are no complex hierarchies or delays. The position is on-site in Dubai.
