Marketing Executive

Overview

Bajaj Capital invites motivated and goal-driven individuals to join their Bangalore-based Field Promotion Centre (FPC) as Marketing Executives. The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring new clients, promoting financial products and services, and meeting designated business objectives primarily through direct field marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential customer leads through on-ground engagement.
• Promote a range of financial products and services to prospective clients.
• Assess customer needs and highlight appropriate solutions accordingly.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to convert prospects into actual sales.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education of minimum 10th grade pass.
• Age range between 19 and 35 years.
• Proficiency in Kannada language is mandatory.
• Candidates may be freshers or have prior experience.
• Applicants must reside no more than 10 kilometers from the office location.

Work Conditions & Location

• This position demands extensive field work.
• Worksite: Bajaj Capital, 4th Floor, Arya Hub Building, Whitefield, Bangalore - 560060.

Compensation

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 take-home to ₹25,000 including incentives and conveyance.
