Marketing Executive

Job Overview

Vasantham Traders is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive based in Dasarahalli, Bengaluru, who can effectively promote our products and services, generate leads, and nurture customer relations. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our store operations.

Key Duties

• Design and execute marketing plans to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and monitor industry trends.
• Generate new leads through field outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
• Organize promotional events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Establish and sustain strong connections with existing and prospective clients.
• Compile marketing reports and track the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales department to meet business targets.
• Oversee social media marketing and online promotional activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagements.
• Maintain store-related tasks as part of daily responsibilities.

Candidate Criteria

• Must be fluent in Tamil language, with strong speaking and writing skills.
• Only Tamil-speaking applicants will be considered.
• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other discipline.
• 1 to 5 years experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet set objectives.
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby areas.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Additional Details
