About the Role
Cure Well Laboratory is seeking an energetic Marketing Executive to effectively promote its diagnostic and pathology laboratory services. This position involves identifying and creating new business prospects while nurturing relationships with healthcare providers such as doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and other relevant partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote diagnostic and pathology services to targeted healthcare audiences.
- Seek and generate new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and uphold strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporate customers, and allied healthcare institutions.
- Engage in travel for on-field marketing activities and client meetings as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Confident, presentable, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in dealing with medical professionals and corporate clients.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Targets-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office tools and smartphones.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in diagnostic laboratories, healthcare, pathology, pharmaceutical, or medical marketing sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
