This full-time onsite role is exclusively for Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans tailored to clients' needs.
• Oversee all phases of marketing projects and account management, from initial planning through to delivery.
• Lead social media initiatives, content creation, digital campaigns, and brand-building efforts.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and suppliers as required to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Expand and nurture the marketing team in line with business growth objectives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Engage actively in client meetings, presentations, and development of marketing proposals to strengthen client relationships.
• Track campaign outcomes and present performance reports regularly.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all marketing activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• A minimum of five years' marketing experience, including roles in marketing, creative, or digital agencies.
• Proven expertise in social media, digital marketing, content development, and brand management.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams or managing external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Arabic and English.
• In-depth understanding of the Saudi market and its dynamics.
