- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and prospecting data for pipeline accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support campaign planning, lead generation, and follow-up efforts, acting as the liaison between departments.
- Monitor and report on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and routing accuracy, escalating issues promptly and delivering weekly data-driven insights.
- Design, implement, and optimize email nurture programs and multi-touch outreach sequences to actively engage prospects and promote sales readiness.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows with a systems thinking approach, integrating new tools including AI to enhance prospecting efficiency.

- Data-oriented mindset with analytical skills to prioritize leads effectively and meet targets.
- Proactive, motivated to meet performance goals and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
- Collaborative spirit that enhances team performance across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and committed work ethic.
