Job Overview
The Marketing Coordinator position involves providing essential marketing support and managing various reporting functions to aid in organizational decision-making and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist marketing efforts by preparing detailed reports utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Oversee and coordinate the approval workflows for Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Associates (BDA) teams to ensure streamlined operations.
- Collect, organize, and deliver pertinent data required for comprehensive analysis, ongoing reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle processing and maintenance of travel expense claims along with all necessary supporting documentation.
