About the Role
SCB Consulting India LLP invites applications for a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our expanding team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position focuses on lead generation, client engagement, market research, and broad business development across financial consulting domains such as Real Estate Finance, Corporate Finance, Retail Finance, Structured Finance, Private Equity, M&A, and IPO Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and assess leads using both online and offline methods.
- Identify potential clients and uncover new business prospects.
- Perform market analysis and update prospect databases regularly.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Arrange client appointments and coordinate activities with the business development team.
- Support social media initiatives and digital marketing efforts.
- Develop presentations, marketing collateral, and reports.
- Maintain records in CRM and Excel, ensuring timely client follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or B2B sales roles.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrate skills in networking, diligent follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and various digital platforms.
- Show a proactive, confident manner with a goal-driven mindset.
- Experience related to finance, banking, NBFC, real estate, or consulting sectors is advantageous.
