Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting Savannah Heights Limited's property marketing and leasing operations for both commercial and residential real estate. This position involves attracting potential tenants, advertising available units, aiding in lease-related paperwork, tracking industry developments, and crafting strategies to increase occupancy and rental income. Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, creativity, a business-oriented mindset, and be comfortable communicating with tenants, agents, and diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
• Experience in property marketing, leasing, sales, business development, or comparable areas is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Have proficient written English skills capable of producing professional documents and correspondence.
• Be self-motivated and resourceful, able to independently identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Understand social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and online property listing portals.
• Demonstrate solid organizational and time management skills, managing multiple vacancies and tenant prospects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Open to taking on additional responsibilities and providing support across other business sectors as needed.
