Role Overview
LOTL Infra is seeking a Marketing Account Manager who excels at building meaningful client relationships. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between clients and the creative team, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of ideas.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main communication channel for clients.
- Oversee daily correspondence, briefs, feedback, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with teams across creative, design, video, and content departments.
- Monitor project deliverables, deadlines, and priorities.
- Translate client needs into clear directives for internal teams.
- Lead client meetings and calls professionally and confidently.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client partnerships.
- Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.
