Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to refine marketing strategies through advanced analytics. You will convert complex datasets into practical insights, collaborate with internal modeling teams, and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to drive meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage analysis projects end-to-end, from initial briefings to delivering actionable insights that align with client expectations and Circana’s quality standards
- Collect and verify client and internal data to support accurate analyses of shopper trends and growth opportunities
- Analyze survey results, sales data, and consumer behavior to develop comprehensive reports and visual presentations with clear storytelling and charting
- Support creation of client reports to provide concise business-relevant findings
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project execution with senior stakeholders
- Address client inquiries and assist senior staff in proposal development
- Identify and recommend improvements for process efficiency and quality enhancement
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships aimed at maximizing satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, behavioral science, psychology, economics, statistics, or related disciplines preferred
- One to two years of market research experience, including internships or academic projects, preferably with FMCG focus
- Ability to interpret complex datasets, detect trends, and extract valuable insights
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, creativity, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, skilled in creating persuasive visualizations and presentations
- Experience or exposure to survey programming platforms such as Qualtrics, Forsta, QuestionPro, or Alchemer; experience with Q or SPSS is advantageous
- Highly organized, accountable, results-driven with a proactive approach and initiative
- Adept at building and sustaining strong stakeholder relationships
