About the Role
Our client is a prominent travel technology company seeking a Market Associate for a 12-month contract. This role focuses on the management, retention, and growth of partner entrepreneurs and rising partners within a designated region, ensuring optimal use of the company platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of partners and emerging partners to promote retention, growth, and platform optimization.
- Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization sessions, providing strategic advice on pricing, availability, and listing improvements.
- Ensure partners secure inventory availability during peak periods to maximize revenue generation.
- Inform hosts about product updates and policy changes while relaying their feedback to internal teams.
- Address partner inquiries promptly, delivering high-quality support to enhance platform experience.
- Analyze performance metrics to detect trends and identify opportunities that boost bookings and host success.
- Build and maintain durable relationships with hosts by offering continuous, tailored support.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support within technology or e-commerce sectors.
- At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, fostering engagement and growth through proactive management.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills enabling effective handling of multiple accounts.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent when facing challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively through phone, email, and in-person interaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly managing leads and opportunities; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholders proficiently.
Additional Information
This vacancy is based in Singapore and requires onsite presence. The role is offered on a full-time, 12-month contractual basis.
