About the Team

Role Overview
This position centers on developing and refining new segments of our high-definition maps that guide autonomous delivery robots. Key responsibilities include annotating and curating real-world elements such as lane layouts, intersection locations, and traffic signals using internal tools. These detailed maps underpin our autonomous navigation, enabling us to broaden robot coverage across neighborhoods and cities for deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage assigned map zones to complete curation tasks.
- Maintain superior quality standards to minimize the need for rework or corrections.
- Propose enhancements to mapping tools and identify areas for automation to improve productivity.
- Work collaboratively with fellow map curators to review and ensure accurate, timely map deliveries.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
- Competence in using issue tracking platforms such as Jira.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Track record of delivering high-quality work with little supervision.
- Residency in Hyderabad, India is required.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience with Linux operating systems and command line usage.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and basic command workflows.
- Skills in image or vector graphic editors such as Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of GIS applications including QGIS or ArcGIS.
- Exposure to 3D modeling software like AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Blender.
