In your role as a Manufacturing Support Officer stationed at our Tauriko manufacturing plant, you will serve as a critical link coordinating information among Production, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data integrity within enterprise systems, facilitating production and inventory processes, supporting reporting, and delivering administrative assistance which collectively enable seamless and efficient manufacturing site operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure precise entry and upkeep of production, inventory, and operational information in the JDE ERP system.
• Assist in production planning and scheduling to optimize workflow.
• Manage coordination of inventory and warehouse movements between production and distribution teams.
• Perform office administrative duties, including purchase processing and PPE management.
• Facilitate effective communication across all manufacturing departments.
• Contribute support to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.

Candidate Profile

You will excel in balancing data, system use, and interpersonal interaction within a dynamic manufacturing or operational environment. Being highly organised and proactive, your ability to juggle multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail will be essential.

Ideal qualifications and experience include:

• A minimum of one year in manufacturing support, production coordination, operations assistance, or a similar function.
• Relevant educational background in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated advanced skills in ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, or equivalents.
• Strong competency in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional organisational aptitude and focus on accuracy.
• Proven ability to cultivate productive working relationships with cross-functional teams.
