Manufacturing Support Assistant

Overview

Reroot Health, operating under Mohans Comprehensive Health Solutions Private Limited, specializes in crafting personalized nutrition and nutraceutical products. We're seeking a Manufacturing Support Assistant to facilitate smooth daily operations across our dual production centers: the Rootworks Lab, dedicated to formulation and manufacturing including ingredient quality checks and batch production, and the Packhouse, focused on packaging and management of finished goods. This position offers comprehensive exposure to the entire manufacturing cycle from raw material intake to finished product packaging.

Key Duties

• Assist in daily manufacturing and formulation activities according to SOPs, including weighing, batching, and handling of materials at Rootworks.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, equipment readiness, and compliance with safety protocols in the laboratory.
• Support quality control processes such as sampling, certificate of analysis (COA) checks, and coordination of lab testing internally and externally.
• Keep detailed batch, quality control, manufacturing, and finished good documentation ensuring complete traceability.
• Identify and report any discrepancies relating to materials, records, or production output.
• Manage accurate inventories of raw materials, consumables, packaging components, and finished products; monitor stock transfers between Rootworks and the Packhouse.
• Track stock levels, highlight replenishment needs, and periodically carry out physical stock verifications.
• Assist in packaging operations by verifying correct product identification, packaging materials, labels, and quantities, and maintaining packaging records.
• Utilize Excel or Google Sheets along with digital systems including CRM for recording inventory and operational data.
• Collaborate with departments such as manufacturing, quality control, and procurement to ensure continuous, unhindered operations.
• Adapt to additional tasks and responsibilities as the company scales its operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm or B.Pharm) from a recognized institution; candidates with other science degrees will not be considered.
• Experience level between zero to two years; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Residence in or near Noida enabling daily commute to Sector 132 is essential.
• Familiarity with standard laboratory practices and scientific documentation.
• Comfortable and proficient with computers, especially Excel/Google Sheets, email communications, and digital record management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precise record maintenance.
• Physically capable and willing to engage in hands-on activities both in laboratory and packaging settings.
• Consistent adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Self-motivated with eagerness to learn across manufacturing, quality control, and operational processes.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM on-site at Sector 132, Noida.
• Remuneration is fixed between ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month (CTC).
• Immediate joining required within one to two days of offer acceptance.
