Join the manufacturing team at our advanced Wulkuraka facility as a Manufacturing Operator. In this role, you will operate a highly automated production line featuring the latest technology, requiring both technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless operation.

This position involves more than just supervising machines; you will be crucial in maintaining equipment reliability, quickly resolving any malfunctions, and sustaining continuous production flow to support the delivery of premium beverages. Teamwork, receptiveness to feedback, and ongoing learning are essential in this energetic and cooperative setting.

Please be aware this role requires working 12-hour shifts on a rotating 24/7 schedule, including both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee machinery to uphold production volume and strict quality benchmarks.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to limit downtime and boost efficiency.
• Execute quality inspections and equipment calibration aligned with HACCP, GMP, and company protocols.
• Conduct cleaning and ensure compliance activities to preserve a safe and high-quality workplace.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, offering support and guidance as necessary.
• Contribute proactively to continuous improvement efforts and asset management on the production line.

About You

• You are a proactive team-oriented individual who flourishes in a collaborative environment.
• Bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and a quick learning mindset, receptive to feedback and able to follow directions accurately.
• Preferably have experience operating and maintaining equipment in FMCG or similarly fast-paced manufacturing contexts.
• Possess solid mechanical skills paired with a problem-solving approach.
• Show confidence to handle both operational and technical maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Exhibit excellent time management to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Familiar with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office.
