Role Summary

We are seeking a High Voltage (HV) Electrical Engineer focused on supporting the manufacturing, integration, and maintenance of high-voltage power supply systems designed for precise low-current applications. Your primary objectives include ensuring product reliability and driving problem resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Duties

• Facilitate system integration, assist with manufacturing assembly, and support production scale-up of HV power supply subsystems.
• Investigate and resolve HV complications such as arcing, leakage, instability, and insulation breakdown by conducting thorough root cause analyses.
• Perform validation and qualification tests encompassing functional performance, HV safety, and insulation integrity.
• Lead efforts to solve production and in-field issues, enhance yield, and boost reliability.
• Liaise with suppliers concerning HV components, supporting part qualification, addressing problems, and implementing design modifications.
• Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) plus product sustaining activities.
• Ensure adherence to HV safety regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams including Design, Systems, Manufacturing, and Field Service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with no required experience.
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of pertinent related experience.
