As a Managing Consultant or Senior Consultant in Quantum, you will play a vital role supporting complex disputes within construction, infrastructure, energy, and engineering sectors. Your responsibilities will include assessing quantum claims, damages, and providing expert reports while assisting clients with commercial challenges throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and critically review analyses related to quantum claims, damages, and construction-related claims.
• Analyze project documentation including contracts, records, cost data, and financial information to determine claim validity and quantum.
• Contribute to the preparation of expert reports for arbitration, litigation, and formal dispute resolution processes.
• Assist in formulating and validating expert opinions through detailed commercial and technical evaluations.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships by delivering high-quality work and dependable advisory services.
• Support business development through proposal drafting, client engagement, and participation in industry events.

Required Skills and Experience

• A relevant academic degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Background in projects related to construction, infrastructure, engineering, or energy sectors.
• Proven experience in preparing, evaluating, or managing quantum claims and commercial disputes.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, commercial project management, and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities, effective report writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in supporting arbitration or litigation proceedings is advantageous.
• Membership in professional bodies such as MRICS, AIQS, CIOB, or equivalents is preferred.
