About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to become an integral part of our Operate team in Sydney. This permanent position offers the opportunity to advance your career while supporting multiple engaging client projects as part of a leading market team. Our Operate division focuses on delivering continuous operational excellence in business processes, technology, and workforce management across clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct client engagement to provide expert functional support and guidance, including gathering and documenting change requirements.
  • Resolve issues by conducting thorough investigations to identify causes and implement appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Configure, build, and test key components such as pay rules, shift schedules, calendars, and templates to align with business needs.
  • Oversee release management by evaluating new features, preparing release documentation, analyzing impacts, and coordinating readiness efforts.
  • Maintain current certifications and stay informed on the latest UKG product developments.
  • Ensure the application of best practices to optimize functionality, enhance user experience, and deliver client-aligned solutions.
  • Collaborate extensively with the WFM consulting team to facilitate smooth client transitions to support and provide timely expert assistance.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven consulting or client-side experience implementing and supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of one or more functional UKG Pro WFM areas like Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence/Leave, and Accruals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective relationship-building with clients and teams.
  • Skilled problem-solver with decisive judgment capabilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and detail orientation to deliver high-quality outcomes.
