Manager - Strategy Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive strategy projects and initiatives from their initial planning stages through to successful execution.
• Develop and implement structured problem-solving frameworks ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights and outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants, fostering skill development and enhancing the team's capabilities.
• Transform complex raw data into meaningful insights, implications, and practical recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Support the growth of the practice, lead thought leadership initiatives, and contribute to sector development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience gained at a Big Four, top-tier or boutique strategy consulting firm, or within Investment Banking.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering strategic consulting projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and highly structured thinking style.
• Competent in quantitative analysis with a strong affinity for data-driven modeling and assessments.
• Strong academic background with excellent credentials.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including team management, stakeholder engagement, and client development.
