Overview
This role involves leading competition analysis in coordination with product managers and applying pricing strategies for Project, Retail, and Stock sales. The incumbent will analyze market pricing trends, contribute to pricing decisions, and assist in market strategy, product planning, and competition benchmarking. Regular visits to trade shows will keep the team abreast of evolving customer needs and competitor activities. Price revision for existing items and devising new pricing models aligned with market dynamics and commercial policies are key tasks.
Responsibilities
- Profound application of pricing principles and sensitivity building across price and volume assumptions.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities related to financial and business contexts.
- Understand business operations for both channel and direct sales models.
- Utilize analytics tools such as PowerBI and SQL to derive insights.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree plus MBA in Marketing or Finance.
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
- Expertise in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Resilience to effectively manage stressful business challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
