Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with PwC and client teams to design an effective Financial Close and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process. You will oversee comprehensive OneStream implementation including planning, configuration, design, building, testing, training, change management, go-live, and post-go-live support. This position may require working both offshore and onsite at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of OneStream, regulatory reporting, and Financial Close processes.
• Implement Multi-GAAP and Multi-currency applications in OneStream.
• Establish best practices for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Design metadata, configure security settings, and develop business rules within OneStream.
• Manage intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, and ownership accounting.
• Utilize Smart View and Reporting tools effectively.
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Data Integration and Reconciliation is advantageous.
• Build prototype proof of concept applications on OneStream platform.
• Transform FP&A from Excel-based methods to integrated technology-supported planning using OneStream.
• Develop various reports including OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-ins, along with dashboards.
• Communicate clearly with attention to detail to guide and support business users.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of OneStream experience including 1-2 full end-to-end project implementations.
• Strong understanding of Financial Close processes at both standalone and group levels.
• Functional knowledge of consolidation and FP&A to assist business users during financial close.
• Ability to translate business requirements into OneStream solutions.
• Good knowledge of OneStream platform components and corresponding best practices.
• Effective communication and detailed orientation skills.
• Graduation degree from any discipline.
