About the Role
Our client, a prominent Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel manufacturer based in Ahmedabad, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. This position involves overseeing all aspects of maintenance within the manufacturing facility to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime.
- Lead a maintenance team and coordinate activities to ensure quick restoration of any equipment breakdowns.
- Manage mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance of plant equipment to keep the production facility operational.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in maintenance, with at least 5 to 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utilities maintenance practices.
- Additional certifications related to safety or maintenance management are advantageous.
