Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for senior management and leadership roles across various departments and business sectors within a global multinational company headquartered in Bengaluru, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end hiring processes for executive and leadership appointments.
- Collaborate closely with CXOs, business leaders, and HR heads to grasp leadership requirements now and ahead.
- Design and implement focused leadership acquisition strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Establish robust talent pipelines utilizing executive search agencies, professional connections, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry analysis.
- Perform market research and talent mapping exercises to discover promising leadership candidates.
- Maintain productive partnerships with executive search and recruitment vendors ensuring quality results, adherence to timelines, and budget efficiency.
- Manage all phases of candidate lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference verification, compensation negotiation, and offer finalization.
Eligibility
