Manager IT Platforms and Networks

Overview

ZB Financial Holdings is looking for a seasoned and energetic Manager for IT Platforms and Networks to join its Transformation team. This role bears both strategic and operational responsibility for overseeing the Group's IT platforms, network infrastructure, and enterprise environments. It plays a vital role in advancing the Group's digital transformation efforts and strengthening operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for IT platforms and network infrastructure aligned with corporate technology and business goals.
• Oversee and optimize enterprise platforms, operating systems, database management, and storage solutions.
• Architect, deploy, and improve the Group’s network infrastructure and communications systems.
• Assure availability, resilience, and optimal performance of essential IT platforms and networks.
• Lead modernization and automation initiatives to support digital banking transformation.
• Establish and validate disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup processes.
• Ensure full adherence to cybersecurity policies, risk management practices, regulatory guidelines, and governance protocols.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors to meet defined service levels and contractual obligations.
• Oversee capacity planning, lifecycle management, and infrastructure renewal projects.
• Prepare timely and precise performance reports on platforms and networks for management review.
• Contribute technical expertise to technology architecture, solution design, cloud integration, system interoperability, and innovations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, standards, policies, and operating procedures relevant to platforms and networks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Platforms & Networks team to deliver customer-centric, high-quality technology services.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications in Networking and/or Cloud Computing.
• Additional certifications in IT Service Management and Project Management are beneficial.
• At least seven years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, platforms, or networks, including three years in managerial or leadership roles.

Core Competencies

• Proven capability to manage large-scale technology platforms and complex network environments, with experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong background in network design, infrastructure oversight, systems administration, and technology operations.
• Solid practical knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, cybersecurity principles, disaster recovery planning, high-availability systems, and IT resilience.
• Experience in vendor and third-party service provider management.
• Prior involvement in technology transformation initiatives, infrastructure modernization, or digital banking projects is advantageous.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and excellence in deliverables.
• Solution-focused attitude coupled with keen attention to detail, precision, and operational efficiency.
