Role Overview
Joining Datadog’s Implementation Services team, you will lead efforts to help customers rapidly implement and deploy the Datadog platform. Your management scope includes nurturing relationships with sales teams locally, guiding Service Architects, and enhancing the implementation program to better serve client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of Service Architects in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as both a coach and participant by designing and overseeing Datadog deployments, encompassing requirement gathering, architectural planning, and deployment support.
- Forge and grow partnerships with sellers in your designated region to increase Implementation Services sales.
- Engage directly with clients to present services and assess their business impact effectively.
- Ensure delivery of top-tier service quality throughout customer engagements.
- Take ownership of initiatives aimed at enhancing the implementation program and offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in designing and deploying technical solutions related to DevOps monitoring or architectural systems.
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
- 1 to 2 years of background in selling or promoting professional services.
- Effective communicator skilled at presenting to both technically oriented and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with current infrastructure and monitoring technologies.
- Capable of remaining seated for extended periods (up to 4 hours) during customer site visits.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time using various transport modes.
