About the Role

We are seeking a Manager to join our Tax Advisory division focusing on HR Compliance Consulting and HR Managed Services. This role involves leading acquisition and execution of national and international HR-related projects, supporting client pitches, preparing offers and strategic documents, developing team capabilities, and expanding company networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee pitching and winning new business opportunities in HR project consulting.
  • Manage HR compliance projects such as HR audits, process optimization, HR process design, and the insourcing and outsourcing of HR workflows including relevant systems and interfaces.
  • Lead HR Managed Services projects focusing on payroll processing using client technologies, HR administration, and acting as an HR Business Partner.
  • Provide personnel leadership by managing and motivating both national and international teams.
  • Control and manage project steering and monitoring activities.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, law, HR management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience following vocational training.
  • Between 5 and 7 years of relevant HR experience, for example as an HR Business Partner, team lead in HR operations, or payroll management.
  • Experience in project team leadership and client acquisition preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong work ethic characterized by commitment, solution orientation, professionalism, and team spirit in client interactions.
