About the Role
Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation team as a Manager and lead initiatives to help CFOs reimagine and enhance their finance functions. This involves orchestrating large-scale transformation projects, adapting operating models, and leveraging technology to improve planning, reporting, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive finance transformation engagements collaborating with CFOs and finance leaders to define strategic direction, develop future operating models, and optimize finance operations.
- Redesign finance organizational structures and workflows, embed stronger business partnering, and implement technology-driven changes spanning finance and accounting functions.
- Drive practical outcomes from transformation ambitions, applying best practices in finance processes, data management, and technology solutions including ERP and EPM platforms for planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, profitability, cost management, and analytics.
- Support business development efforts by identifying and developing new opportunities within the finance transformation domain.
- Coach, mentor, and lead teams to foster a productive environment where staff can excel and grow their professional careers.
Desired Experience and Skills
- At least 8 years in corporate or finance roles, with a minimum of 4 years in consulting or professional services.
- Proven track record managing integrated finance transformation projects covering operating model design, process enhancement, data, and technology adoption.
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting disciplines with ability to apply leading practice solutions to client challenges.
- Experience with ERP and/or EPM software supporting finance functions such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging senior executives confidently.
- Demonstrated capability in leading teams and successfully steering transformations through complexity and change.
- Collaborative leadership style, passionate about coaching and developing others within the team.
- Familiarity with robotics and artificial intelligence applications in finance transformation is highly advantageous.
