About the Role
Join KPMG Canada at our Windsor, Ontario office as a Manager in Enterprise Tax, playing a pivotal role in tax planning and compliance for our valued clients. You'll collaborate intimately with Partners on tax strategies and oversee the activities of junior team members, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in their work. This role demands strong leadership to inspire and mentor less experienced staff while steering critical client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take lead on client engagements within the tax domain.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to design and implement tax planning initiatives.
- Organize and direct teams responsible for tax return preparation, also conducting and presenting detailed tax research.
- Review and validate junior staff deliverables to guarantee completeness and accuracy.
- Serve as an integral member of the tax service team addressing compliance and planning needs.
- Mentor and support junior professionals' career growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to attract new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of specialized tax experience within a public accounting environment.
- Possession of a recognized professional accounting designation.
- Completion or near completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax course.
- Proven capability in managing and motivating teams.
- Ambitious and growth-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional client service skills with a strong grasp of client business contexts.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role in the Ontario region is from $79,000 to $118,000 annually, potentially inclusive of performance bonuses.
